How Gubblee works

Sign up with your name and email — that's all we ask for. You'll land in Gubblee's World, your home screen. Create an account →

From the home screen, tap New class, give it a name, and add your students — just their names (an index number is optional). Using Gubblee at home instead? Create a Family and add your kids the same way.

Every student gets a critter that grows as they earn points. That's the heart of Gubblee: points in, critters evolve, kids care.

Open your class and tap 🕒 Attendance. One tap per student — present, late, or absent.

Tap a student (or a whole group) and give points for the skills you've set up — helping others, homework, teamwork, anything. You can edit the skill list to match how you actually teach.

The Board is a big, class-facing view of everyone's critters and stars. Leave it up during lessons and award points right from it.

The Story tab is your class diary — save little moments through the week and look back on them later.

At the end of the week, close it out: points are archived into weekly history, top effort gets rewarded, and everyone starts fresh on Monday.

Build a question deck yourself, or use the AI helper: we prepare a prompt, you paste it into any AI chatbot you already use, and paste the questions back in.

Your questions power actual game engines — answer right and the game moves. Same deck, different games.

After a quiz you get a short report of how the class did — which questions were hard — without turning it into a scoreboard of who got what wrong.

Shells are Gubblee's in-app currency: 1 Shell = 1 MVR, always. You spend them on games and resources in the Store.

Top up by bank transfer (BML). Send the transfer, submit the reference (and optionally a slip), and we verify it manually — usually quickly, since it's a real person checking. Shells you buy don't expire.

A subscription gives you a monthly Shell allowance plus plan perks. Everything core — classes, points, attendance, the Board — is free.

A Family works like a tiny class: your kids each get a critter, and you get a parent home screen with their progress.

Kids can play Gubblee's Journey — a story campaign that mixes learning into an adventure — and use Practice for quick skill drills.
